Services
Financial Clarity
Your numbers are telling you something. The question is whether you can hear them. Some owners look at their financials and see profit — but still feel like they're barely keeping up. Others know something is leaking but can't pinpoint where. Both situations share the same problem: the numbers aren't being translated into something actionable. We bring clarity to what your financials are actually telling you — so your decisions are based on reality, not assumption. -Financial oversight and review -Cash flow management -Budgeting and forecasting -Job costing review -Cost and margin analysis -Pricing support -Financial reporting
Leadership Development
Most business problems have a people problem at the root. And most people problems start at the top. It rarely happens all at once. Slowly, the weight of running the business creates a distance between a leader and the values the company was founded on. Hard conversations get avoided. Standards slip quietly. Decisions get made from self-preservation rather than from the vision that started everything. The leader knows something is off — but the gap between knowing and doing widens. That disconnect doesn't just affect the owner. The team feels it. The culture reflects it. The business follows. We work with owners and leadership teams to close that gap — reconnecting decision making to the values and vision the business was built on, and developing the kind of leadership that people actually want to follow. -Ongoing advisory support -Strategic planning and vision alignment -Owner level decision support -Leadership accountability -Cross functional coordination -Growth planning
Operational Structure
Hiring more people doesn't always solve the problem. Sometimes it just makes the problem more expensive. When a service business feels chaotic or inefficient, the instinct is to add staff. But more often than not the issue isn't headcount — it's that the structure underneath the team was never built to support how the business actually operates. Roles overlap. Accountability is unclear. A job gets completed in the field but the paperwork never makes it to the office. Trucks aren't staged. Equipment gets run into the ground because nobody owns the maintenance schedule. Invoices slip through the cracks and cash flow suffers for it. The business isn't broken. It just never had a foundation built to match the pace it's operating at. We help you build the operational structure that makes your people, your equipment, and your processes work together — so nothing falls through the cracks and every part of the business moves with intention. -Systems and process improvement -Operational structure and role clarity -Field to office process flow -Equipment and fleet management oversight -KPI and performance tracking -Accountability and operating cadence
Our Philosophy
Every service we offer traces back to one belief — that a business can only grow as far as the clarity of the people building it. Operational and financial problems are rarely just technical. They are almost always symptoms of something deeper — a disconnection from the purpose and values the business was founded on. That disconnection doesn't only live at the top. It moves through every level of an organization. It shows up in the field, in the office, and in every decision made when nobody is watching. When we help an owner find clarity in their numbers, build their operational foundation, and develop as a leader — we are not just fixing systems. We are helping restore the alignment between what the business stands for and how it actually operates every day. That is the work we believe in. That is why Davis Group Management exists.
Davis Group Management works best with owners who value long-term stability over short-term wins — and who believe that doing things right is worth doing them once.

If you're looking for clear insight, honest guidance, and someone willing to do the hard work alongside you — we're a strong fit.

If you're looking for quick fixes or inflated promises, we're probably not your people. And that's okay.
About Davis Group Management
Running a business is hard. You had a passion and you built something real — poured your life into it. And then at some point your vision changed. You turned into someone you don't recognize. You feel like you are carrying the weight of the business alone — and you are not sure what to do.
That person is who Davis Group Management was built for.
Davis Group Management was founded by Brad Davis — a fourth generation member of a family landscape contracting business built not just by blood, but by the men and women who showed up alongside them day after day and gave their livelihoods and trust to something bigger than themselves. Growing up with that work family Brad was taught that a business is never just a business. It is a reflection of the people who build it, lead it, and believe in it.
When that business was eventually sold, Brad carried forward something more valuable than any transaction — a deep understanding of what it actually takes to sustain something that matters. The financial pressures. The operational weight. The moments when a leader has to make hard decisions with incomplete information and everything on the line.
Davis Group Management was started because Brad believes that no business owner should have to figure all of that out alone. That the feeling of wanting more from your company is not failure — it is your instinct telling you something important. And that with the right clarity, structure, and guidance, even the heaviest seasons can become the foundation for something stronger.
We are not here to hand you a report and walk away. We are here to stand alongside you — in the confusion, in the hard decisions, and in the pursuit of something worth fighting for.

Because we believe that is exactly what this kind of work is supposed to look like.
What to Expect When Working With Us
We are selective about who we work with — not because we are exclusive, but because the work we do requires trust, honesty, and a genuine willingness to look at your business clearly. When that foundation exists, real progress follows.
If you are ready for that kind of partnership — we would love to hear from you.
